Library Users

The staff, residents and internists/ postgraduates from the city take advantage of our study centre. In addition, our patients and their relatives can also make use of a large collection of books which include fiction, etc.

Resource Sharing

Inter Library Loan Service is being provided for the documents not available in library and vice-versa to any medical institution in Ahmedabad.

Classification

Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) is adopted for classification of documents.

Cataloguing

For searching any book from the library collection, author, title, subject cards are being prepared using AACR II cataloguing rules. The work is under process.
